1. Overview

Paradise MultiTrade International Limited is an international agro commodity export company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We operate strictly within the framework of international trade regulations and globally recognised payment instruments, including Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfer (TT),  Documentary Collections (D/P, D/A), and Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC).

All transactions conducted by Paradise MultiTrade International Limited are governed by internationally agreed trade terms and conditions established prior to order confirmation. We encourage all buyers to carefully review product specifications, pricing, trade terms, and export documentation requirements before confirming any order.

2. Nature of Our Business

As an international agro commodity exporter, our business model differs significantly from conventional retail or e-commerce transactions. The following key points apply to all our trade transactions:

  • All products are exported in bulk quantities under internationally recognised trade terms
  • All transactions are conducted on a Business-to-Business (B2B) basis
  • Products are exported directly from Nigeria to international destinations worldwide
  • All shipments are accompanied by full export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate and Bill of Lading

3. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of international agro commodity export trading, all confirmed sales are final.

Once the following conditions have been met, orders cannot be cancelled or reversed:

  • ✅ Trade terms have been mutually agreed upon
  • ✅ Proforma Invoice has been issued and accepted
  • ✅ Letter of Credit or payment instrument has been confirmed
  • ✅ Export documentation has been processed
  • ✅ Goods have been loaded and shipped

We strongly advise all buyers to:

  • Request and review product samples before confirming large orders
  • Carefully review all product specifications before order confirmation
  • Ensure all trade terms are clearly understood before issuing payment instruments

4. Quality Assurance & Pre-Shipment Inspection

Paradise MultiTrade International Limited is committed to delivering products that meet the exact specifications agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

To protect both parties, we offer the following quality assurance measures:

  • Pre-shipment samples — available upon request before order confirmation
  • Pre-shipment inspection — buyers may appoint an independent inspection agency (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek etc.) to inspect goods before loading
  • Certificate of Quality — available upon request
  • Phytosanitary Certificate — issued by the relevant Nigerian authority for all agricultural commodity exports

We encourage all buyers to take advantage of pre-shipment inspection to ensure complete satisfaction before goods are shipped.

5. Claims and Disputes

While all sales are final, we recognise that exceptional circumstances may arise. We will consider legitimate claims in the following situations:

5.1 Quality Discrepancy If goods received are significantly different from the agreed specifications, buyers must:

  • Submit a formal written claim to info@paradisemultitrade.com within 7 days of receipt of goods
  • Provide photographic evidence and a third-party inspection report confirming the discrepancy
  • Provide original shipping documents and packing list for reference

5.2 Quantity Discrepancy If the quantity received differs from the quantity stated on the Bill of Lading:

  • Submit a formal written claim within 7 days of receipt
  • Provide evidence from the receiving port or an independent surveyor

5.3 Documentation Issues: If export documentation is found to contain errors:

Upon receipt of a valid claim, Paradise MultiTrade International Limited will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of the claim within 48 business hours
  2. Review all submitted evidence and documentation
  3. Engage in good-faith negotiations with the buyer to reach a fair resolution
  4. Where applicable, offer one of the following resolutions:
    • Replacement shipment of the affected goods
    • Credit note applicable to future orders
    • Partial refund subject to mutual agreement and verification

All disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to arbitration under internationally recognised trade dispute resolution frameworks.

7. Non-Returnable Circumstances

Claims will not be entertained in the following circumstances:

  • ❌ Buyer changes of mind after order confirmation
  • ❌ Fluctuations in commodity market prices after order confirmation
  • ❌ Delays caused by customs clearance at the destination port
  • ❌ Damage caused during handling at the destination port or warehouse
  • ❌ Claims submitted after the 7-day claim window has expired
  • ❌ Claims without supporting evidence or a third-party inspection report

8. Governing Law

This Return Policy and all trade transactions conducted by Paradise MultiTrade International Limited are governed by:

  • The laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
  • International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) trade rules and INCOTERMS
  • The terms and conditions of the applicable Letter of Credit or payment instrument
